swanseajack 227
I agree with Swansea Jack there are far too many "KNOCKERS" of each others stuff these days, I think it's down to a pride macho thing. If a blokes dog/strain is no good let him find it out for himself you don't have to tell him. The penny should drop when no-one wants to have a dig with him or breed off his stuff. Polite encouragement is my way! OK soap box lecture over!!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Feck me, the penny's just dropped... That's why no one calls me anymore :11: I'd better go out and buy some proper dogs... Joking aside, if it suit's your style then good..... keep em at it.. Quote Link to post
Kane 2
I dont see aproblem with criticism(knocking) helpfull if its constructive, even if it isnt its better than just blindly agreeing with eachother.Thats the point of a forum isnt it? Quote Link to post

Owners who are happy with their Plummers, Bedlingtons, Teckel, Lucas, Sealyhams, Staffs whatever rare or minority breed they are.. and work them post some genuine pics on here for all to see Some lines will work, some will work after a fashion, some are blagged up as workers when clearly they are not... so yes... constructive criticism is always taken in the vein it was intentended. Taking the piss isn't I say give the genuine workers a chance before you write them of totally... OWNERS POST SOME PICS... and if people want to work them on just rabbits, just rats, or whatever suits them good luck.... We're all in the same boat..... HMS WORKING DOGS Quote Link to post
Bandit 0
Kane, take it from me I've seen it dozens of times, blokes falling out over some silly incident or someone elses stock is this or that. Most people who work dogs are odd fuckers anyway, me included (no, especially me) so just maintain the staus quo. I do agree with you about the forum being a good open and honest discussion point, but when you are dealing with people in the flesh, and not over the net, it's a totally different ball game. Happy hunting, Amen! Quote Link to post
