Anyone remember the film called dusty about a dingo cross kelpie? I remember it being quite good.

I've got Dusty on dvd and my current kelpie is descended from the dog used in the film.

 

Tarka's another of my favourites though, as is usually the case, the book's even better than the film.

For all you Greyhound fans I seen one a few weeks ago called "The Gay Dog".

The dog isn't a puff, the chap who owns it's name is Gay and it's an old film about a coal miner pulling a stroke with a Greyhound.

It's amusing.

remember my mate would bring the belstone fox around on video to mine as a kid and we use to go nuts when the hounds would take a line and start to speak we would both jump up and down shouting GET ON BOYS! GET ON GET ON GET ON! then me mum would come in and tell us off lol

The Belstone fox and where the redfern grows are excellent films, watched both as a kid and still love them ?
