Garden Ticket

Recommended Posts

A friend of mine has arranged to nip round this weekend with his 50FPE custom TTR. Erm, we're thinking of putting it on some paper in my garden [Max 35 yards now the tree are out the way]... as you can imagine, its spitting some heavy lead quite fast. Whats the rules on FAC in the garden? Airguns I mean.

We obviously be doing it if its against the law ;)

Nice one.

Watch the neighbours mate and guns.

FAC can only be shot on FAC passed land " I think" ?

I know, they keep asking to come round to have a go :)

Can I pass my own garden as FAC, or does plod need too?

Plod, but unlikely unless it's a few acres.

If the owner of the gun has an open ticket, he can shoot there if he deems it safe.

Rez if the lad has an open certificate, and he deems it safe to shoot that is fine, if his cert is conditioned to land passed safe for the calibre only, you would be breaking the law, or at least he would, even if he has an open cert, I personally would advise against using it in the garden, perhaps take him along to one of your permissions, if the landowner is happy for you to do so and shoot to your hearts content.
