Nik_B 3,790
I've always feel like that in most cities! In wales a child can fall over and anyone will pick them up...in england the men wont even look at the child or help because they're scared people will say something..... I've not even moved in to our village yet but I know more people that i do after 13 years here Oh f**k off!Wales is no better or worse than England. Some places in Wales are dodgy just like some places in England. I have never felt intimidated anywhere in the UK and I know the people I live around. Over dramatisation. Merthyr can be a pretty sketchy place Blackwood has had it moments to. I should have phrased it different. It's more the difference between city mentality and village. People are more polite here and look out for each other, they don't seem the type to tolerate things hey don't like and the kids all look very smart going to school and more healthy...sport is a massive thing from what I can see. Manchester was horible people rarely said good morning or made eye contact and for some reason we didn't know many of our neighbours...a lot of people have said the same. Anyway I'm not dumb there's dodgy people and places here as well especially drugs but they seem to keep themselves to themselves. However I bet people wiuldnt last long doing road rage stuff like what happened to me on Saturday. ..they'd remember your car and probably sort you out at a later date lol We came back home last night and it was such a relief to cross that bridge Been to drop.my daughter off and took the dog down the beech for a swim....it's heaven. I just want to get in to the house we bought as living in a mobile is starting to wear a bit thin lol
