Can anyone explain why he walked around 20ft to the side of his car when I'm guessing all along being instructed to stop?

I've yet to see anyone get shot when complying 100% with the police.

I havnt seen anything online about the reasons he was walking around to the car . The audio in the dash Can wasn't on apparently .

 

They could have been instructing him to stop, they could have been instructing him to put his hands on the car who knows . If they were instructing him to stop why wait until he's around the side of the car to shoot him

Im not in the camp that thinks they specifically go out to shoot black people because they dont like them . At a guess id think a lot of the cops have seen colleagues killed by ghetto kids in shootouts or stabbed etc and are nervous when they they have to accost black people who they think might be involved in gangs. I get that . But shooting someone because your worried their a danger to your life when theirs nothing major to go on apart from the colour of their skin is mental
