IanB 0
These offer the best performance and value for money available. Performance is great and the option to change Lens head size and LED style/colour makes them very versatile depending on your needs. There a fraction of the price in comparison to similar products. joeb8866 303
How much better is it than the UF T18? At 4000 Lumen i wasn't very impressed with it, which leaves me looking for something that will go the distance and about £50 quid down.

Totally different animal as the 18 is just a small reflector headed general purpose lamp. With the large asperic of the Alpha you need very little lumen output to get remarkable throw performance. Lumen output isn't that important to what you actually see down range in most cases. Regards Andy

IanB 0
I think the new LED's with the broader spread might appeal to the lads with running dogs more maybe for closer range rabbiting, obviously they have the standard LED options to throw the beam further. You could be on to something there Ian I don't Run dogs but I can almost guarantee one person would require the opposite to the next At least with the Alpha there's a led head combo to cover just about everything (50mm head is due tomorrow or Monday) regards Andy
