krawnden 1,036
£15 apiece new from here http://www.uktraps.co.uk/index.php?route=product/product&product_id=79. For second hand unless you get offers off here I guess you've just got to keep your eye on ebay, gumtree etc. Quote Link to post

krawnden 1,036
Bit cheaper here per unit if you don't mind having 3 http://www.cj-poultrysupplies.co.uk/epages/es774067.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/es774067/Products/1008. They look pretty straightforward to make though - think I might give it a go as I've got access to a shedload of old second hand galvanised sheeting... Quote Link to post
darbo 4,776
i bought a good number of them via a ad in the countrymans weekly a long time ago came in a flat pack. Not of the quality of the ones above rough and ready but they do a job use them at the sides of roads etc. im sure someone with some basic skills could knock up something similar to mine. darbo 4,776
They may have worked out about £5 or £6 each a long time ago though. Quote Link to post
krawnden 1,036
They might be rough and ready darbo but I'm sure they do the job, which is all you need I think when I try making mine I'll do some with a swing door on one end only - easier to make i would think, and unless you're doing somewhere you expect loads to bolt out of the same hole I can't really see why you'd need a swing door both ends. krawnden 1,036
Just occurred to me why you might need swing door both ends - if ferret wanders in and you want to fish it out without disturbing the trap. Never having used them myself I don't know how likely that is to happen. Can anyone with experience of them say? Quote Link to post
