I personally wouldn't bother with the calcium tablets if you giving him a varied diet and adult food and goats milk that will be enough calcium .. But each to there own and it's what ever you thinks best for your pup . Atb with it I'm sure in a week or two it will be right as rain

I agree, wouldn't go mental on supplements, just mix up the puppy food with raw meat and veg and give it a bit of lactose free milk each day...lactose free cows milk is cheaper than goats milk and you can get it pretty much any food shop. Vary the meat and veg as much as possible.

Be care over supplementing with calcium ,if it has a decent diet already.

It needs to be done in proportion. A few chicken wings will be plenty or a chicken back or 2. Vitamin D gets it from the gut to the body,vitamin C from the body to the bones.

If it's bones are really bad get it to the vet before its too late.

1 calcium tablet a day an less protein food and his legs are looking normal again thank god. Thank you everyone for the comments really appreciate it look forward to bringing this pup on now he is full of the beans so shouldn't take him long to start pushing them buns out of the hedges for me ?. Atb adam
