greenshank1 407
A mate gave me a couple of grouse , so did them with chanterelles from the woods and thyme from herb garden and made my tatties from veg patch into game chips.
david jones 97
Very nice, I always wanted to try grouse and had my chance a couple of weeks ago. Unfortunately being the other end of the country plus not knowing many millionaires who were shooting grouse this season lol, I had to order mine from a game supplier cost a bloody bomb, but well worth it. That is a dinner fit for a king you got there pal hope you enjoyed it.
greenshank1 407
Don't know any millionaires but I am lucky to have a few good mates that share what they hunt , shoot and catch. The grouse were brilliant and kids tried them and enjoyed a bit as well. Although , there ain't much eating on them. Boiled the carcasses today for stock and made broth for tonight's dinner proper , proper dinner fit for a king.
