Voyager: To The Final Frontier.

Was it any good? I might iPlayer it at some point.

Its worth a look mate.

Some very clever people invovled in the space game.

They figured out to use gravity alone from each planet to sling shot the pair of satelites to the next planet and so on.

Voyager 2. is 11 billion miles away and been going for 35yrs at 10 miles a second.1 woman said at that speed it will take 40k yrs to reach the nearest star.

How the feck they work all that stuff out really amazing.

Although there's almost certainly intelligent life out there chances are we will never make contact with them because the distances between the planets are so astronomical.

I often have a look on this hubble website the pics are amazing.

They recon this is just a small part but its 57 trillion miles long.

And thats a very very tiny speck in space.

I think its impossible for humans to get there head around just how big we think the universe is.

The distance for them might not seem as astronomical as it is for us :hmm: And if you read Einsteins theory of relativity, the nearest star's could be reached. But let's wait and see huh lol

I was waiting for that reply, you see I think it would. Most scientists agree with the Big Bang Theory so chances are life evolved at around the same pace elsewhere as it did on earth.
