LurcherLad94 2,582 Posted September 14, 2016 Report Share Posted September 14, 2016 was abit stressed out after failing my driveing test for the second time today so dissided to take the dog for a nice long walk up to some local land i haven't been to this year see 5 or 6 hares witch is good to see,realy ran the dog hard these last few weeks so hes haveing a 5 or so days off while its walm just steady walks,hes realy turned out a good dog for me being green as grass when i had him about 6 weeks ago i just couldent get him going then it seemed to click hes killed me a couple 100 local rabbits in the 3-4 week a few big bunnies and had a red one realy glad i kept with him and looking forward to the coming season to kick off and see what he can realy do,thanks for looking 6 Quote Link to post

He's only young takes a dog a couple off seasons before they're settled into there stride a lot can happen in a season bud slow and steady make everything easy and up it towards the end. Don't want a young dog with potential blowing a gasket. Don't get too caught up in right now plan for the seasons ahead as well, to how good he could be fully matured. LurcherLad94 2,582 Posted September 15, 2016 Author Report Share Posted September 15, 2016 you not had any trouble from the keepers across there during the day mate? no trigger i used to walk it all the time and bike my dog up there there he be about now as hes got the birds over the back but no hassel yesterday or today its a nice place for a walk,everyone says its hot we lamped it at end of last season a few times and iv ran a few times there in the day on the other stuff with my little red dog with the bad leg,maybe i was lucky but no hassel but i can see why you ask its heaven for the main game up there put the lamp on certain fields it lights up lol i take it youv been up there aswell a few times Quote Link to post

Heard the waiting list is long to get a test at the min about 2 months near me but iv paid £20 for a cancellation finder its real good found me a test a month away already surprising how many come up last time it found 5 in a week i ended up finding one 2 weeks after my first test without it i would of have to waited 9 weeks Quote Link to post
