That sums it up for me pal, this relatively new trend of mocking those with faith actually really bothers me and I'm not exactly a believer myself, some of the kindest most selfless folk I know are devout Christians and the world would be a poorer place without them

I agree....i think theres an element of rebellion with some folk they think their a bit wild and out there if they ridicule God and come up with derogatory insults.....as someone already said some of the nicest most pleasant and generally good people ive come across have been Christians and people with faith.....yet some of the most spineless arrogant little shitbags ive come across have been the " stick two fingers up at God types "......maybe theres something in it.

The thing is mate,with Islam and christianity,as soon as it stops being a capital offence not to believe in it (or claim to believe in it) the religion starts to die out.

 

So we've replaced christianity with an even worse form of globalism,that is modern humanism.

imo christianity created these annoying nihilistic people,because to most people who aren't indoctrinated into it or threatened/forced into it,it just doesn't appeal.
