I've said it before your book is shoite written by men, mostly in a dead language and you think it is a direct word for word translation into English that you read - firstly if you spoke another language you would realise that is impossible.

 

Secondly there is far more evidence stating the world is much older than 6000 years than the contrary. Just look at sediment rocks and the evidence is there.

Just think about this, and it is not siding with anyone, It's just my thoughts.

 

What if god is just another name for the universe? Please read on. I made a post earlier that no one seems to understand. Time on this planet is all relative to our sun and the way we orbit it, Jupiter's orbit is also measured by our time yet it has a time of it's own that is ordained by the distance it is from the sun.

In history time is a relativity modern invention. Although as far as I know the days have always been the same length given seasonal fluctuations until the invention of calenders it was probably measured in days and seasons as opposed minutes and seconds.

 

If you disregard time, God creating the earth in 7 days could actually mean 7 anything, era's epochs or millenniums. as it was the beginning they did not have time as such, save days and seasons, months were not added till the Roman calender.

 

So if you look at it that the universe is god and he / it created everything on earth, I think that it is not that far from the truth.

Well look don't reply then simple, I've an open mind, I'm listen to whatever an I'm consider new things that's open minded, just cause I don't beleive it doesn't mean I won't consider it, sure I'd have to consider something before I made judgement.
