Francie 6,368
I thought Adam and Eve had 3 sons. Cain, Abel and Seth? So why isn't the sister mentioned?Cause it wasn't relevant at the time, woman are in the bible just not a lot lol It's relevant if it explains things. I don't like loose ends, Think about it from Moses view, all that time ago, he probably didn't think it was nessacary at that time because everyone back then would of know what has happened mate So did Cain and his sister have children? Did those kids breed among themselves, or back to their mother or father? I think there's a lot of unanswered questions. It's all well and good having writings telling you what was going on, but why miss out the bits we need to know? Surely that sort of thing is more important than curing a leper? And I'm not having a pop. I genuinely can't see why they would miss that bit out. I would say your correct on breeding terms lol It's important to you now, but it was common knowledge back then mate. We can discuss manly without browbeating mate. An before people say we're inbred, well if we evolved, we're still inbred lol monkey inbred haha
neems 2,406
What about life long catholic priests, serving God man and boy who have committed the worst sort of peadaphilic acts, and those higher up who cover such things up. Where do they stand in this? Yokel No straight man would voluntarily go celibate for life, for the gays it was that or death. I think it's safe to say most priests were/are gay, which means they're more likely to be paedophiles. It's obvious when you think of it like that. What fecking planet are you on? As much as I hate homosexuals, there is absolutely no evidence to say that because your gay you are more likely to be a paedophile. TC There actually is evidence. Not to mention the long established historical link between homosexuality and pederasty. I don't hate gays, but they're more likely to be pedo's than normal people and imo most of them used to become priests,in some places a lot probably still do.

One thing I will grant is that if a paedophile is homosexual he is more likely to prey on boys rather than girls. But that is a long way from saying most gays are paedophiles, or most paedophiles are gay. TC Edited September 14, 2016 by Tiercel

JDHUNTING 1,817
I don't be leave too much bad stuff happens. But regarding the big after life deja vu puzzles me and makes me wonder as that is some that over years has happened a lot. I remember as a kid we used to drive past a school a few miles from home and every time I used to say to my parents that I used to go to that school I remember just being certain that I went anyhow my mum always used to say I didn't and why did I always say it, anyway years later when looking into family history turns out I had family that did go over a hundred years earlier. I've often wondered whether we have an ability to pass memories on, like when people wake from comas with knowledge they hadn't previously had and when you think of the complex behaviours some animals have without being taught and things like eels returning to the Sargasso etc doesn't seem that far fetched.

So it was choice Wouldn't he have chose to do it because he liked the thought of doing it . Same as straight blokes liking the thought of women . Both chose their sexual orientation
WILF 46,596
Quiet how we got from god to homosexuals I don't know but anyway........I don't really give a flying bollocks if someone is homosexual. What I don't understand is why they feel the need to keep painting f***ing rainbows on themselves and telling the world about it at any given opportunity.......Hetrosexual men and women don't do that ! If I went round the street shouting "I like f***ing men but take no notice of me as I'm the same as you".......then I plainly wouldn't be the same as everyone else because no other c**t is doing that are they !

I have to disagree with you there Wilf, check out the earlier god threads and compare them to the few latter threads, there is a distinct shift in attitude. I may disagree with Francie but I will never decry his faith. To be honest I admire people who have faith like that, It's just that I cannot rationalise it to myself, too many if, ands and but's for me, I like demonstrable. Do I think religion helps some people? Hell yes. Do I think religion would help me? Hell no. One thing I will say in my defence though I believe in the 10 commandments and try to live to those standards. TC
