What about life long catholic priests, serving God man and boy who have committed the worst sort of peadaphilic acts, and those higher up who cover such things up. Where do they stand in this?

I believe in God and Jesus. It took me a long time to reconcile my faith with some sort of scientific basis but after reading a series of books by a bloke called Lee stroble that looks a the evidence for Christ, faith, a creator etc from a criminal investigator point of view I can happily say I believe. I don't go to church and I don't discuss my faith with people unless I'm asked directly because as far as i am concerned it's between me and the big man upstairs.

 

Interestingly both my brothers are 100% atheist and think you must be nuts to believe in any God.

Can some one answer me this please? Adam was the first man, out of his rib he made Eve. Adam and Eve begot two sons Cain and Able, Cain slew Abel and was cast out in to the wilderness where he found himself a wife. Where did the wife come from?

 

I have been told in the past that it was his sister he married, If that is so why was she also in the wilderness not in the garden of Eden?

 

I am quite prepared to accept that Adam and Eve are metaphors for early man and that the garden of Eden is a metaphor for a fertile land. But I cannot for the life of me take it verbatim.

Dont care either way but what is ironic is the ones that piss all over whichever religon are the first to go running to use their facilities when it suits them. Their graveyards to bury their parents, churchs to marries their kids, charities to beg for clothes/furniture, hospitals for when their sick and schools to educate them. I think it's safe to say most priests were/are gay,which means they're more likely to be paedophiles.

So did Cain and his sister have children? Did those kids breed among themselves, or back to their mother or father? I think there's a lot of unanswered questions.

 

It's all well and good having writings telling you what was going on, but why miss out the bits we need to know? Surely that sort of thing is more important than curing a leper?

 

And I'm not having a pop. I genuinely can't see why they would miss that bit out.
