Back To Clearing The Mixy Rabbits

Me and Viz went back to the factory perm to night and shot a few more mixy rabbits

 

rifles were

 

HW100S 22,,,,RWS,SUPER DOMES

 

HW100S CARBINE 177...BIZ MAGS

 

i only got two and Sean 7 totally enjoy,d the night and the crack with him tonight

 

still loads to go at and the fields around the factory have been cut so we will be hitting them soon to just need to take them out as i dont like to see any thing suffer like that

 

some good shots were taken to night from Sean and me even if i did only get two

 

thats 26 off that perm in two nights shooting and only two keepers

 

if you put the three i got last night thats 29 this week end

 

not the numbers Billy has been getting mind but when there like that there better off dead

 

even there fur was covered in dark patches look,d bloody awful

 

even the guard say,d he had seen one run from him and ran full pelt into a high curb and nearly knocked its self out it had no eyes well must have been covered in scabs

O by the way the guard was the one that did not like us shooting them

 

he was full of chat tonight could not help us enough

 

so we have at least one on our side now.

Nice going mate , its only early september so if you kill all the myxi rabbits the healthy onces still have a chance to raise a clean litter , and on a secure permission nobody else should thin them out

Cleaned the barrel out yesterday and to be quite honest wish i had not

 

got twelve rabbits on Friday and three Saturday and two last night

 

had a bad night loads of flyers and the groups were shit

 

but in all honesty i had not the time to re,lead the barrel

 

so im going to stick with them for now

 

but if they still group shit its back to jsb exacts 15,89 5,52 im afraid

 

mind when they hit the rabbits just lay down not even a twitch

 

they were spot on Friday and Saturday

I keep hearing 5.50 JSB jumbos 15.9gr are good in hw100's but have never tried them. Voymir stock them. You could be our tester.

Had a call about a mixy rabbit in a garden, 6 times in one day, the woman was in tears. My cat keeps attacking the rabbit, but it's to big for the cat to kill. So I said I'd do it for the price of a chinky. It was quite a big buck in it's time, but only skin and bones when I knocked it over.
