Hydropotesinermis 724
Lol. I bought some fish off a guy in the sheds in Aldeburgh a while back, with a blue hulled catemeran, i'm sure his name was Kirk, it kind of stuck with me because that would make him captain Kirk... And i'm f***ing sure his boat was called Enterprise! There is a shed further down the beach that does the best smoked cods roe you'll ever eat. ASH it's called. The sheds at Aldeburgh are a display of the way Europe and Common Fisheries Policy has raped our small fishing fleet. I always think it's so sad that the Suffolk coast used to be rammed with small boats like that, now they number in single figures.

Hydropotesinermis 724
I didnt realise the smokehouse in Orford had closed. Take a bit extra money and try the one on the beach in Aldeburgh, it's near the toilets and the Moot Hall. I can recommend their smoked prawns too. I have thoroughly hijacked your thread with this Aldeburgh stuff, apologies.

Lenmcharristar 9,814
They look the bees knees, ever try lamb on the BBQ? Fatty lamb and a BBQ were made for each other. Same for duck and goose

Silversnake 1,099
That is some feed! I certainly am impressed with your choice of ingredients. No wonder the missus reminded you of the anniversary she knew you'd cook up something spectacular! Atvb.
