Fresh Fish

Had these on the BBQ the other night. From catching to cooking was less than an hour. Can't get fresher than that.

 

Though the Mrs did have a fit when one of the fish twitched even with its head and guts missing.

Nice one Walshie. Have you been doing anything inventive with cooking them? I've been doing mine in foil with plenty of salt, pepper and paprika with lemon and tomato slices in the belly

Why did you cut the heads off? There some good meat on the top of the head not to mention the pearl that you threw away. Tut tut.

Didn't have anything in the house to be inventive with mate. Caught them and thought we'd eat them a.s.a.p. Salt, pepper and lemon. Did have foil though.

If you leave the head on it will see you through the week.
