Maybe they are just using all the available energy and with it being a smaller mean don't feel so bloated ,maybe that is the reason they are bouncing?

My pup has been bouncing since its been off the mother,and if it don't stop soon ,it's getting a kick up the arse

ive given taste of the wild ago bitch loves it from bein a bad grubber perfect now used akela for about 4 mounths great stuff to just thought id give her a change me puppys on origen very good aswell no complaints or probs with any of these

The lads who switched over to use this stuff are you lads still using it and what you think of it ? As come summer time want to maybe try it , don't want it to give my dogs the runs as is very rich stuff.

I tried to get mine used to having it as part of her diet, so that it's in reserve if I run low on meat and so it's easy to feed if I go away with the dog. Fussy animal has now turned her nose up at akela and millie's wolfheart but is an enthusiastic eater of meat and fish. Probably less of a problem if there are several dogs and the food competition makes them eat better. I think some of the complete foods like akela are very rich and might be a bit much for dogs that aren't being worked very hard. My mate who ends up with my half used bags of expensive dog food say his two do great on the stuff

Ive spent a fortune over the years on complete foods & given more away than my dogs have eaten!! They wouldnt eat Origen Arkela Millies etc they sort of eat Wainrights white fish variety then other week in Aldi i picked up a bag of Langhams (£2.99 per 2kg) turkey & rice & the dogs love it ? Made no diff to shits etc. Dont feed alot just like to have some about so if im not there kids or wife can feed them. But have fed them just dry a couple of times to see if theywill eat it & no probs ?? Atb

Compared to everything else it isn't great value is it, how much raw grub could you get for that ? For 1 sack of akela I could get 3 or 4 x 15kg gain 28 or 15kg redmills or 2 x 10kg gain puppy food.

I had the Eden dog food ,for while and even my fussiest eater has enjoyed it ,also had the Millie's wolf heart also good , feed what it says and they don't get the squirts ,over feed and they might

but I bet if you compare it to the "cheaper" ones, it isn't much more expensive considering how little you have to feed.
