Can vouch for it ! I can never understand when people go all out for good breeding , fitness and traiming ect then feed some cheap shite kibble . Would they expect an Olympic athlete to do their best

wasnt aimed at you mate just in general people moan about a few quid thats all i ment

owd on just let me put my specs on and read this again, £ 70 a month fer one mutt, my initial monthly cost to me fer one mutt, sweet fa, with what she catches plus butchers scraps, ive said this befor

I feed Akela ....

It works well fed alongside raw or on its own.

My Saluki x could do with a little more weight on her. Would it be worth trying raw mixed with a premium dry like Akela? She eats around even finely shredded veg and carbs like brown rice or pasta. If I feed her more meat, she'll just bury it

Try some lard and a small amount of Chudleys greyhound crunch 55 % protein added a few times a week to her food, she'll be built like a coffee table in no time lol

More or less what I've done. Half a mug of Akela (39% protein) every other day with her raw, a bit of lard here and there and she's looking better already.

Had my whippet and lurcher on this gear for over a month. They were on raw before.frozen gear from bulmers and what ever they catch and veg and left overs from dinner.my lurcher a good test for the food, hes black and his coat will say it all.too rich and dandruff will show. And his crap is diffucult to get right too wet ir to dry.

The lurcher looks the best he ever has. No dandruff. Thick dark black coat.craps are the same ever time and small. Both dogs seems full of life and happy.

Cost is the big one here.£35 for 10kg.meens in there guidelines a bag will last my 2 18 days that s 90pence a day each to feed them grrrrrr.

But with what they catch and dinner left overs veg and pasta ect recon that will bring the cost down.

Very impressed. Ive tried every kibbel on my lurcher so to find some gear that agrees with him is happy days
