johonawhitness 110
. A break stick would be far quicker than choking a dog ... Depends what the dog is locked onto, if its a dogs face ,lip ,etc the jaw is often closed so tight their is NO room for a bar, maybe a small pencil sized one, but what goods that. I've had small bars bend in half Quote Link to post
Tozer 385
I often think that with a staffy sized dog you could pick it up by it's back legs and slam it into the floor, Quote Link to post
johonawhitness 110
You could, if it would have and effect is another matter. These dogs are very very tough. When there in the mode I believe they feel very little pain-if any. All dogs and situations are different. Quote Link to post
johonawhitness 110
Best thing to do is try keep both dogs still as possible, stay carlm watch your fingers hold them both still as can be (if locked this is-both or just one) get on its back hold it tight between your knees(so dogs shake head violently some dont) your arm around the neck other hand on elbow and squeeze till the jaw release's. Don't sound nice but belive me its often the only way. 1 Quote Link to post
