DogFox123 1,379
My bulldogs come from a old friend of mine by the name of mr floyd Boudreaux. Ive had the pleasure to have been friends with some of the greatest pit men in our country. Sadly there all dying and so did the game. Now the so called up an coming are better then the old timers i knew and know.once they put there foot down because of mike vick getting caught and snitching the game will never be the same but the new crowd are redoing the dogs making them bigger and not game like before and changing things. Probably much like there when they passed there b.s. hunting laws. The old timers stuck together and keep stuff hush hush. Were the new group of terrier men know it allready and have better dogs from yesterday. The new crowd always knows more and insist that they have the recipe that that old timmer should of had so they through there shit in the mox and f**k it up..of its not broke leave it alone..and when you buy. A dog from the breeder you like and want to keep ask him what to bred his dog to, to make sure you keep the dogs you like..jmo You got any pics and pedigrees of your dogs? Quote Link to post
rippem 455
Yes and i will post them. They should be under the pitbull thread. If not let know and ill send them to you. I wont be able to do it tonight getting ready to take the wife out for the night but if its not there let me know and i will send them. My peds are tight amd right. No scattered or outcrossed dogs in my peds. The old timers were smart. Constancy is everything 1 Quote Link to post

Haiddheliwr 1,911
F**k that was awesome Dogfox123! That is extreme hunting at its best. Those dogs are so well trained but as the vid shows they don't get it all their own way. Excellent mate fair play! 1 Quote Link to post

Haiddheliwr 1,911
Love watching the bait dogs working a pack into range, the yote is definitely something else a powerful really handy piece of kit to have on your side! Quote Link to post
Haiddheliwr 1,911
In case you might think I meant the "yote" on your side I did mean the bait dogs lol Quote Link to post
strongbow 149
The yotes are to quick for an average bull x, they've crossed with wolves from what i saw on the TV. I'm no lurcher man but from what I saw they ran at a steady pace until they were pressured and then stepped on the gas. The dog yotes were up for it, one in particular came to meet the dogs. Rippem like I've said before, if you do get over you'll have your eyes opened, the size of the game and the earths they live in are on a much grander scale. http://www.earthtouchnews.com/natural-world/animal-behaviour/is-this-coyote-wolf-hybrid-taking-over-north-america why are you wearing your fingers to the marrow, your wasting your typing 2 Quote Link to post
Lusitano 294
This thread went a little bang bang crazy very quick... Any time i have spoken with Brian he has always been extremely helpful and a true gentleman. Like him or not I do think he has produced some good dogs over the years and has contributed a lot to the patterdale, no need to slag of an old man that's not here to defend himself. Despite liking a nice small tidy terrier I do like the bigger patts we see a lot of these days, but I do think some are becoming to big. There are patts weighing over 30lbs now, that's the same kind of weigh as a staff and a small pit. But as already been said her horses for courses... 3 Quote Link to post
