rippem 455
You yanks make me laugh with you're patterdale club of America and hall of fame should be peddlers club and hall of shame.giving big money for dogs from over hear with false pedigrees and false reputations.most genuine men don't sell pups given to other like minded folk to work and test and maybe breed .ive had stuff directly off Brian 30 years ago out of mickey it was small and not up to serious digging, obviously there must be some that make the grade he breeds thousands of pups for f**k sake but all the ones I had and seen that came of him did not.hes not a god just a man that aquired some of the best blood , ie breay hand f****d it up for money.be for I go there's no need to abuse me I don't ride dicks and ifs easy to be the big man behind a key board and thousands of miles off water listen man, i already told you check the height limit and cost to ride this cock it cost! So stop brushing up on it!and im not a big man behind a key board because if i lived by you id invite you over to slap you in your disrespectful mouth..show some respect punk Quote Link to post
fat man 4,741
Well he must be confident in his dogs to tell you if it don't work bring it back and he will replace it Yeah and then he will breed of it or from it and so fort and more shite on the merry go round,Lee dont be mislead by the big names in the terrier world, there is much better in lads back yards that no one knows or heard of.Brian has bred some good terriers but anyone with half a brain would have to agree with the amount of pups he has bred he is bound to breed a few workers along the line at some stage, you could put 2 non-workers together and they could throw a couple of workers but the % of non workers or failures he has bred out-weighs the workers by a long shot, again not knocking the man,his dogs his buisness what he does with them and if there is a market for them then good luck to him,as i have said before met Brian a few times and always the gentleman. 1 Quote Link to post
fat man 4,741
I believe alot of you are young and fairly new to the dogs buy the way you speak. Its like the upcoming crowd in the pitbullls over here.they know all and they have better then the old timers.and talk mad shit about famous men. But in reality there f***ing everything up. Most of you have probably never met the man nor spoke to him for more then 30min..and like i said what have you guys tjat talk all this shit have done to better the pats like this mans faimly has? What cross.your neighbors bull breed into it? That makes you a special breeder.. Why do you reckon everyone on this side crosses there pats with something or other, and what makes you think or gives you the right to say BN bettered the pats when infact he actually bought in litters of other people and then sold them on as his own,so tell us all how the man or his family bettered the patterdale in the last 15-20 years. What Brian is breeding now would not be fit to do a decent days graft over here, not the type of digging we do anyway, they would be swallowed up and spat out.Brian is breeding for the market in the states where a little small terrier is needed, simple as. rippem 455
Not trying to be a smart ass fat man, but what have you done to better the breed? Amd what makes you or your buddies dogs any bettter? Just curious because that mans faimly has done alot for the bred. So to say because he sells pups that his dogs are no good is b.s. in my book. So what a man is supposed to breed his dogs just to gift them out? Lol..looks like a beggers move to me.i have some of the tightest skull/maverick blood over here and if your not part of my camp or paying for it plan and simple. And if you buy pup from anyone, you have a 50/50 chance of it not working thats a chance we all take when we buy untested dog..and for you guys who outcross this to that, that tells everyone there is no consistency in your dogs..thats commen sense.. pablo esc 1,598
Brian likes small dogs and that's that , he must of also had bad experience with big dogs too , way back .the selling of lot dogs and breeding soon must have it downfall . dogs like them years ago should be kept to only certain people , not all the ones who anyone can buy . the man also tell you lot of lyers in the game , one other thing I would believe Quote Link to post
woottonsheart 214
I was on Brians yard 3 days ago . I was very suprised by the size of some terriers there way to small for my liking but solid compact animals baring in mind its been a good 8 years since i last had a dog from Brian and been on his yard . the dogs had more then halved in size. Anyways the dogs he has there are obviously worked as you can see by looking at them . I had an older pup off him wich will make a decent size a lot bigger then he likes as he said . He is the sort of terrier i like his sire half litter brother to his punch dog whos dead now and theres a lot say he was a real good dog . The sire to my pup ive heard is a real decent animal aswell as his dam . But a pedigree doesnt make a dog the dog makes the pedigree its down to me to putt he time in and see if it will pay off .. 2 Quote Link to post
rippem 455
Fat man, how do i know alot of you cross your dogs? Lmao!!! Because you guys openly admit it..and by looking at the size of alot of your dogs..look at old pics of yesterday and show me big pats..there small..you guys keep talking about the miner dog, heck he was a small dog..most of his dogs were small..and when you keep crossing your dogs to other dogs it is called a mutt!! And if thats what some of you want go to the pound and get one.some of you guys make fun of us americans, we dont know anything! The only ones crossing there pits over here are the blacks to make a dog thats inbetween the size of a pit and a pat..they do it for money nothing else..there useless here..cant wait to see the jack folks start breeding there dogs to the bulldog to get bigger dogs..Lol..one day the jacks will be a better dog then the pat because the pat folks are f***ing them up Quote Link to post

Way off, if you breed shite you consistently get shite, Nuttall didn't. His line stood the test of line for years and his influence on the Terriers have been an asset. You do know that he bought in dogs from his own line? You're talking as though he bought in any old dog of anyone. Quote Link to post
DogFox123 1,379
Like I said on another thread, lads start with Nuttall type dogs add Bull and all of a sudden they are the next Buck and Breay. It's not exactly rocket science and if the dogs are hard then they are good enough for them. Let's see how their dogs are doing in 20-30 years time, probably long gone out of the sport... You're talking as though he bought in any old dog of anyone.like I said before I know of pups he's bought from 2 separate litters that were NOT his breeding and sold them as his own.One of his recent stud dogs was out of one of these pups although the dogs invented pedigree says different.I also know a lad who was asked to run on a couple of second season bitches that had supposedly had a promising first season. Both were returned within a month as they were useless,One off these bitches was bred from shortly after. 5 Quote Link to post

rippem 455
Anytime you keep crossing your loosing traits. And anytime you do a cross you dont know how there gonna turn out..rather they work lack mouth lack wind or whatever..and most breed off someones line of dog then bred them and became the better breeder then who they got them from..but in fact most cant even keep the line up to par.. Dead Eyes 681
Out of interest, does anyone have any pics of his current stock they own, or current stud(s)? Quote Link to post
rippem 455
Downsouth, thers folks over here who sell there pats at a ridiculous amount and have a 5 year waiting list..do i agree with that? No of course not. But it doesnt mean there producing shit. If the blood line was kept right and the dogs are tested who cares if he sells them..and sorry not every pup will make the grade. Thats what sucks about buying pups and not tested dogs.its rolling the dice..simple as that..if i have a litter of 10 do you think the whole litter will make the grade? If yu do your sadly mistaken..
