Guest foxpack Posted September 18, 2016 Report Share Posted September 18, 2016 Done 4 decent spots today.mixture of wind and bad scenting got the first spot .fox ran round n round in massive wood finally took a change out behind farm and away .2ND and 3rd spot produced nothing.4th and final spot produced 3 and by now the weather had cooled off so dogs were on song.3 where well hunted and 2 where cleanly shot. 13 Quote Link to post

Guest foxpack Posted September 25, 2016 Report Share Posted September 25, 2016 Farmer on phone Friday night .chicken killer on the moor sumwhere near by .so change of plan we were on there Sunday.after scanning area with lamp Friday night .we narrowed spots down after seeing a couple of eyes.I was dropped on the fell road bout 2 miles from the Gill we were doing .everyone in position .and I heard over radio .we were good to go.the little bushers never stopped .turning ever gorse and dense Marsh.after about a mile we were on.full cry .dogs screaming there boxes off.they hunted the fox for about a mile down every terrain possible .the fox ran straight into the farmers son with his gun.game over for this chicken killer. 17 Quote Link to post
