This year, as last, i left one of my jill's barren. She came out of season last year with no problems, as have any jills i've left.

This year though her vagina has swelled to epic proportions and now i fear she has picked up an infection, dispite me keeping her cage very clean.

Her vagina, as well as swolen, has red burn marks (acidic piss) and she is almost constantly trying to pee.

The question is, can i give her anything to help, antibiotics, cream etc?

Or maybe even try to line her to bring her out of season, though i dont fancy putting her through that, she looks in enough discomfort!

When mine got like that i rubbed them with sudocream with a wet wipe and i still felt like a extra in a porn film

All you can do is keep a good clean run.i let mine out through the morning dew grass too as it gives them a good cleaning.make sure you have load's of fresh shavings in aswell

is she scratching it along bottom of cage . Mate lost his jill about a fortnight ago to same thing an infection trew her vagina

I think when there swollen and pee shavings stick to them , then they dry out and you have to peel them off the Jill making them red and sore
