The lamps seem good enough for what they are don't expect world beaters. I work with led lamps for high bay lighting they don't last forever but they do the Job. The down side is the eyes don't light up. It's the bridges what burn out NOT the led

You're not the first person to say the eyes don't light up. I've heard a few say it. But I've not had it happen. The eyes light up a different colour, but they light up non the less. They certainly did the other night anyway.

They do job also when I was out with a halogen and a led with both lamps on it confused the rabbits no end. They are good lamps but the led has to be good quality I work with Cree and another firm which are called Brit led on a regular basis but they don't make lamping lamps

To do with light colour led and hid are 4000-4200kelvin where the halogen prob about 3000 kelvin. I get what people say about reflection of the eye, unless it's a powerful 4200k light I too struggle as I did with 150 the night I used one.
