lukey 1,621
Alright lads, been doing HIIT a few times a week for a wee while now but last few weeks it's been leaving me dizzy as fuk and sick, but seems to be getting worse, feeling ill after a couple of rounds after MT training. Anyone else do it, get this way with it? Coach said its normal to feel sick after it but I'm ill here lol

I went white over, felt as sick as a dog and had to lay on the bed for a good hour....

Gaz_1989 9,539
I've been sick loads after pushing myself hard during HIIT type circuits. Usually when still building fitness up to a decent level after a period of not training. If you're going in search of honey you've gotta expect to get stung by a few bees ? DogFox123 1,379
I went for a run for the first time in yonks and boy did I struggle, not easy lifting those knees high when you weigh nearly 17 stone. To say I ran for Yorkshire as a teenager I was like an old Pit Pony, they say you never lose it, they fecking lied...

Glad I'm not the only one air bikes are great ,i like that workout also ..have you tried the 10 secs on 10secs off for 10 times ..that makes you dizzy lol...with a HIIT session shouldn't last more than 20 mins as its about max effort heart rate and not done more than 3 times a week ,if you can manage it for more than 20mins it not true HIIT .the dizzy feeling sick part is showing you your on the right lines lol enjoy

DogFox123 1,379
I've read doing two 15 minutes a day is better than one workout of 30 minutes.
