Some dogs are just wronguns like some people, very rare that there are no warning signs but a lot of people ignore them and come out with the "just snapped" shit when the dog should already be long gone. We got manbiters because we bred from manbiters the old timers say

Let's remember someone's child has been lost in tragic circumstances I cringe when I see single mothers with 3 kids n a big hyper Akita or bulldog with them wouldn't personaly trust any dog as far as I can throw em but come on. my parents just put there last bulldog to sleep it was bought to look after the stables and yard handy dog was calm and collected until put in a situation but was the sort to go for the weak. any dog can become manny it's about how you manage em. I wouldn't leave any child alone with any dog unattended -my youngest is nearly 3 and don't trust him around my dog's even though he been climbing in and out of their kennels since he could crawl and they are very protective and good with him.wouldn't want to imagine ever losing one of my children through my own stupid actions.it's already been said-most can't see the warning signs or choose to ignore them when that dog should be pts-most are only interested in recouping their money so will continually breed from culls.that's why this shit keeps happening -most should never own a goldfish let alone a child or bulldog.atb dc

I've seen and known of dogs that are 100% with kids.growing up most of us had a dog that went everywhere with us-difference is the type of breed imo-good and bad in all that's granted but 30 yrs ago growning up these bulldogs were only owned by most folk who had a brain(always exeptions I know but you know what I meen)now they are sold to dick heads who in turn breed from shit and pass them around more dickheads.my brother has 4 kids and an American akita -100% with them in the house-outside or if you start shouting your mouth off at my bro or his wife the thing will take you apart.my brother would of banged it on the head the first time it showed any bad traits.I myself wouldn't trust any dog with my own children but some folk do -and sometimes pay the ultimate price .atb dc

Dogs and ignorant people always = one thing, tears. Adding to that, listening to certain folk on here preaching their experience of dogs makes me cringe, I would not let some of the dim wits have a collar and lead, let alone a dog on the end of one.
