Just a sad wasted life. If he had big sword, machette etc then they are left with no choice, but a bullet in the knee cap would soon put stop to that, at least it's safer. People don't come with their medical history written on their foreheads. What would they do if they tell them they have heart problems, get the bean bags out?

 

 

It is,but putting someone on the ground can be dangerous for everyone involved,nutters carry knives and needles etc and there are drugs which you can absorb through their sweat,I can see why they'd want to keep their distance in this case.

By the sounds of it the copper could of been the shop and back by the time a punch would of connected. If he was like a coiled spring and unpredictable then the copper would probably be left with no choice.The person/s who tasered him will know wether they where right or wrong. Could they have done things differently? If that's the case that will be on their conscious. Should hear witness accounts in the future, but we all know what happens when they close ranks. Tazers are a good idea, but just not safe imo.

I know what you're saying fella but the coppers gotta think quick and do what they think is best at the time when their priority was to protect themselves and the public from a man who was out of control. Shame the fella has died, could of been any one of us after too many beers, but that's life I suppose. He could just have easily fell into the road that night and been killed by a car. If you're gonna drink and take drugs to the point you don't know what you're doing then you have gotta be prepared for the worst.

What' was the scam? . The lad they were looking for was a 27 year old with a samurai sword , the bloke he tazered was a pensioner with a white cane .
