The one 8,504
No a hunting post but this time of year i start hating the old Wabbits they turn every outing to get a few into a night shift and when your gutting them the smell seems stronger and to last longer than it does on a fine winters day ?? if it wasnt for the landowners and farmers moaning Ive bloody hundreds of them it would be a nice summer but you got to keep them sweet to keep your best permissions ?> 1 Quote Link to post

Jonjon79 13,358
I never mind it. It's just part of it. Also it's fun when my dogs go absolutely nuts trying to sniff my hands and jacket when I get home Quote Link to post
philpot 5,031
I hate gutting rabbits summer, winter or any time. I watched a pal do one, what an eye opener, he squeezes the rabbit with one hand then puts the other hand next to that moving down the body, when his hand is a couple of inches from it's arse, he put the rabbit agaist his leg and whacked the last couple of inches of the rabbit and the whole lot shot out from the back, clean fast and no smell plus corvid bait. I hope that all makes sense, brilliant to see. Phil Edited August 14, 2016 by philpot Quote Link to post
