When you 'off hand shot', is that standing unsupported?

If so, have you got any tips for a decent shot?

I do practice mine but, I'm just not consistent enough to take a 30yrd shot at a rabbit.

Yes off hand means just that, off the hand only.

Just relax bud and get out there, if you miss so what.
