Open Ticket

Hi all just wondering if any one knows the avrage length of time before most people apply to go open ticket because it would open more shooting opportunities and help with gaining more land permission

Mine was 6 months from new fac holder. But everyone is different. Write a letter explaining you are missing out on pest control opportunities due to having a closed ticket

Iv had mine nearly 2 years know and have been shooting at night on golf courses but with all the crops now being cut I'm thinking it might be an opportunity the get on

If you can get an open ticket holder whom you shoot with to vouch for you and say he/she thinks you competent, safe, etc it will strengthen your case enormously.

I'm in leicester I look after a couple of golf courses but as you know it's all night shooting that's why the interest in open ticket to get on the farms

If they're owt like Notts they'll want evidence to show that you have missed shooting opportunities through not having an open ticket.
