Didn't bother getting any treatment until I got back. Didn't Wana waste time sitting in a hospital haha done my ankle 3x now, once on holiday twice playing football. It kills like Quote Link to post

I was stuck doing something with the terrier and asked my mate to take the lurchers back to my car and get them home. He got to the car, let them off and the red bitch ran the mile back to me. Taking its toll probably. it does deff catch up with you , my back,knees , are fecked now, carnt run no more, and yet 30 years ago , i could run a mile in 5 mins,and 20 mile in 2 hours. bench 250lb was fit 13 st 34 year old bloke back then, now i am just history Quote Link to post
