Born Hunter 17,763
I think some of you lot need locking up! LOL. I'd say mine is bang on. Those that know me probably reckon it's about 40% low mind. Lol 55% - Though your conscience is in the right place you also have a pragmatic streak and generally arent afraid to do your own dirty work! Youre no shrinking violet - but no daredevil either. You generally have little trouble seeing things from another persons perspective but, at the same time, are no pushover. Everything in moderation including moderation might sum up your approach to life. Edited August 6, 2016 by Born Hunter
Tiercel 6,986
I find it amusing now how people react to such quizzes as above. If you had given me that quiz 40 years ago l would have probably scored in the high 90's. That said, as you get older you do, through life's experiences, get wiser. Closer to the truth of it all, then when you think you have actually cracked it you die. TC

gnasher16 30,121
In any nature or nurture debate id go with nature myself i dont think you can put in what nature left out and in the case of serial killers common sense tells me if a person is not born with the capability of evil then a crappy upbringing isnt going to make them evil......i do think environment/experiences plays a big part but without the trait of evil intentions in the first place i dont think it ever reaches the surface......serial killers/evil people are very rare as its the combination of both extremes of nature and nurture.........thats what makes sense in my tiny mind anyway. What about soldiers tho ? Just normal everyday folk but the military train and work with them and train them to be killers. Obviously some are better than others, and some never make the cut. I don't think it's mega hard to train someone to kill, most would in the right circumstances. It's the remorse etc afterwards. Working with some kids ATM with personality disorders and they have no empathy, no guilt, it's very strange. A professional soldier killing in the line of duty is a far cry from somebody working on a Tesco checkout randomly killing people for fun/sexual pleasure mate im sure you would agree.......just because somebody kills doesnt make them evil. On the subject of evil....as a kid i was in a borstal with a lad who you could tell was unhinged in certain ways he would talk about stuff that just made you want to wring his neck but he was a small soft kid so you just walked away........i remember years later reading about someone they had just caught and named The Stockwell Strangler who had killed about 8 pensioners and had sex with their dead bodies/cut them up etc........same kid Kenny Erskine !......thinking back it wasnt so hard to believe. Met a couple of strange ones myself... one lad I thought was a right fuuckin loose one, years later turned into a hero... then it came to light he was messing with kids. I always knew there was something no cricket about him. Edited August 7, 2016 by mushroom
tinytiger 831
I think they are born. Look at those shits who killed poor Jamie Bulger. The trouble is in the old days any sign of odd behaviour would have been beaten out of them. Nowadays they "need help". The only reason these people should be kept alive is so we can perform operations on them without anaesthetic to see what makes them tick. I agree they are born that way, if that's the case they do need help. Beating them isn't going to cure them of their disorder though. Obviously we don't yet know enough to cure them but what do you do? The Bulger story is very eerie and if we are all being honest we can relate to it. I know first hand how evil kids can be. When I was a child I hung around with a very troubled boy who's turned out to be a wrong un but nothing too bad. Some of the things he did to animals was very sadistic indeed. Being around him made the rest of us do things that we wouldn't dream of doing and brought out evil in us. Human's are fcuked up creatures indeed.... sounds like lord of the flies
tinytiger 831
I heard they normally start reading a lot about other serial killers......b*****d, you got me....I've got a great idea, my victims are serial killers. How great would a movie be about a serial serial killer.... Have you seen Man Bites Dog? It's about a serial killer with a documentary film crew, in the film he comes across & kills another serial killer with a film crew! Haha.... It's a Belgian film, over 20 years old now, but well worth a watch.........darkly comic, but equally disturbing..... image.jpg one of my favourites lol
