hi lads have just received my new scout gen 2 the one with the clips to attach bands,and boy is it a nice piece of kit it came from the us, cost was £48.91 this included postage,but sadly i was done for customs,which meant another £13.95 but hey never mind the cost this catapult is superb and worth every penny and more. it is so accurate you can not go wrong on a par with my ppsg.has anybody else invested in one and if so whats your views.

welcome to the forum, don't own a scout myself, but on the us forums they are real popular, and something newbies to the sport are often directed to buy, due to there accuracy and ease of shooting,

There good but there not quite as good a the ppsg they would be better with cupped fork tips as well to help the tubes sit in the middle as some times the tubes tend to roll off the fork

Mine currently have theraband gold but I much preferred the latex band set they came with and I see they do they on that site.

I like the latex bands last longer than thg last ones I bought were 10 dollars for 12 approx £10 + p&p no tax,

The bands are long enough to make 12 sets single banded very snappy I shoot 8 mm hex nuts.

have been using the scout with both theraband,and the latex,and i must admit i prefer the latex,and again i would say hand on heart can not chose between the ppsg and the scout,i love them both.
