I've never seen a changing room with open showers and complete open area, normally one big area with lock up round the sides... However in this age of "choice" parents who feel differently should have the option of single sex changing rooms. I didnt look long enough to see naked people, but it has happened, just checked there, lots of complaints an court cases, a man was in next cubicle peeking under, at a woman an child, an was caught, thats just one example.
