Have to say Rob ,you rear some crackers mate and the garden advice spot on .Do you have homes lined up before you breed or think about that after and are you ever left with pups you don't necessarily need .Your a lucky man having time for all that

 

I don't take any deposits or orders as I think then you are a breeder but a few mates always ask me when I'm lining a bitch or keep them in mind for next time, I advertise them from 6 weeks and enjoy meeting decent lads from all over the country until I let them go at 8 weeks, I've never been left with a pup and do genuinely believe in the "quality" I have spread across the country, my pups have gone to every corner of Britain and I get lots of e-mails about their progress, my wife enjoys the pups but after these litters we shall not be breeding again, I will simply let these I have grow old.

I get a lot of pm's on here asking me for a pup and yet have never sold one to anyone, I read most posts on this site and you soon get a feel for who looks after dogs and you would be surprised at the amount of "grass hoppers" asking me one week then asking about a patt or border the next, how can I take them seriously ???

I understand you and D.C, etc care every bit as much as me and only breed for yourself and close friends and that is the safest way,it is always a chance selling to unknown people, but I have let local lads have a pup only to take it back due to it not being looked after properly, you like me will still feel the excitement and enjoyment of watching something you have bred work to a decent level,I know some of my posts come across as arrogant and long winded but I am just being honest, WM

As they they say Rob ,the proof is in the pudding and that it certainly is.The pups are as good as you get ,credit to you.Happy healthy well reared ,well socialised pups,birds look great too?Doesn't seem five minutes ago young ''Wilf ''was that size. Hello Keith,hope you are well and the dogs fit, yes mate pretty much done all I set out to do and have all the dogs I need to see me into my dotage, Tom does,nt seem interested in breeding and I will be spending more time abroad so its time to wind it down a bit, the wife still does,not believe it yet lol,s good hunting, WM

A few pics of my latest 2 litters placed together whilst I clean the pens, some are 5 weeks and some are 6 weeks old, the bitches were sold before they were born,that leaves 8 dogs to go, they are very similar in size considering there is a week between them, some really nicely marked pups in these litters and only share 75% blood, WM

 

 

the dog in front of the run is from last years litter, same way bred as some of these pups,nice size and conformation

Top pictures have you not got any round up? Them weeds would drive my ocd mad,

 

LOL's, you sound like my mrs,she wants decking putting down,in the background is a new extension,took the whole back of the house out and internal walls down,steels in,etc,so having a blow whilst pups are on the ground then onwards and upwards,garden is a mess meanwhile but we're getting rid of anything that requires watering or maintenance, I'm lucky she is not pushy and will wait but the second them pups are gone she will expect to see results, WM

I could of done with your skills on that extension LOL's, yes mate everything is really busy at the moment,2 litters to sort out each day and the pest control side of things has been really hectic, I have fox,rabbit,rat traps out over half of Cheshire and Wirral, the golf courses and hotels have been mad for rabbits this year and I've been shooting 50-60 a night on average,I have a lad buying them as quick as I can kill them, the crops have been coming down around here these last few weeks so the rats have moved back into the hedge bottoms,thats a terriers dream and its hard to go far without them stopping to mark up, my lurcher has gone mad on partridge and pheasant,coots,ducks,pigeons,in fact anything that moves at the moment, I have been ferreting none stop doing the easy holes in some large mansion gardens in altringham,alderly edge,tattenhall,etc,easy money and they don't flinch at the price,so yes its been a busy time for me but the money is handy, I bought myself a Vstrom to tour Europe on next year so I'm putting a route together for us "old grey bikers" and sold my sports bike, I'm looking for a little "green laner" at the moment to mooch the back lanes on,you never know when I get a bit of time we might bring the dogs up for a weekend in the new battle bus, if you come down for the Midland game fair let us know as we are staying over on site and I'm meeting quite a few lads there, good hunting, WM
