Talking of led,s word is there not worth bothering with? OK for vegging but don't cut it when it comes to flowering... So I'm told?

if you gonna use them then get the bud masters- not cheap at 700 a unit but worth the money.for every 2 600 w hps put a bud master in between them.proper rock hard nuggs.they have come along way from when they first came out.your plants will thrive..atb dc

It's rubbish mate think it originated from ussr could be wrong though think it was bought into the fold too increase overall yield maybe summat too do with growing quicker too iirc sensi seedbank worked with it for a while

 

I'm not a fan of them auto types either absolute trash imho can't see fur the life of me why anyone would consider them

Depends on the money you willing too pay as too what you get look in growing marine corals which used too be all halide n HPS now it's all about LEDs coral a lot harder too cultivate than weed

The industries problem was that at its is too simple too grow weed much too simple, in fact it's so simple once you bought the light source you have too be mad too ever enter a hydro store ever again cos you only going too pay for stuff you factually do not need if it's simply growing weed and your not fixed on it being grown any particular way

Hydro coco etc all invented for lightness n ease of use portability as most of it ends up grown in loft spaces the one place you never go to in Peoples homes even by accident

But plants factually grow in soil and it's from the soil they grow into healthy plants with good fruit

The Hydro industry then claims better yield n potency when grown in hydro compared too natural? Short answer too that is the potency n yield down too genetics and the growers ability too optimise each strain and many organic growers can get same results weight wise there lots of elements too getting that right but when did quantity ever matter over quality

Most weed smokers I know serous ones will prefer too pay more for quality after all were the ones ingesting it who wants chemicals or any trace of them especially when they produced by a largely unregulated industry ran by greedy people lol

If you wa t too go hydr get yourself too the pound shops they selling grow n bloom products that every bit as effective as the ones sold by the big names in hydro

It's a weed at the end of the day it pays them too make it scientific as possible otherwise they don't make the pennies

It means instead of vegging 18 hours on 6 off and flowering 12 on 12 off , they are self flowering , usually done on 20-4 but can be done under 24hours light . My mate has a seed bank and sells a lot of them but can't see the point in doing them myself .

Auto equals same sentence for same crime but if you get away with it you get 1/3 amount and rubbish it's beyond me why they even went down that route lol no it's not lol money

I think if you strap anything between X2 600w HPS your going to get decent results lol but how are they now as a stand alone light source... That was kind of my point last time I looked at them people were saying that they still had to finish under a HPS which kind of defeats the purpose... On paper they seem a growers dream but the reality wasn't so.

Sounds easier but from what i can gather the quality and quantity is not as good . The price of green is through the floor round here anyway so its nearly as cheap to buy decent gear without the risks of growing it

I've never known green drop in price in fact it's only ever risen but it's logical at some point you gunna reach saturation but I think it's more likely some soft ass wants too sell cheap too make his Buck quick and avoid dealing with certain types in that trade more likely too get grief for bollocking up the price for everyone else to be fair what you can't maximise price in it makes sense too sit on for a week or two then it realise it's real price most buying real cheap get off friends be they growers or bulk buyers I'd imagine
