was considering picking one of these up cheap, cant find much on them for ovious reasons.. anyone any experience with these

 

looks like they use an old peugeot engine and based on the old datsuns? body work is clean, solid, high, looks like it could be handy for a few months

Say ta ta to your money.had 100 s of these a site I was on ,after a while they was all piled up scrapyard style.

i had one for a couple of years, 2 litre peugoet engine was good, off road was not too bad as long as tyres decent, although i always prefer a lever to change into 4x4 rather than a button. interior very basic. had a few minor electrical faults but very easy even for me to fix! all in all dont expect a jap quality vehicle and you wont be disappointed. if you are hoping for something special though, you will get your fingers burnt!

take it yours was the crew cab 4wd? this isnt the crew cab verson, think its 2wd 2003 tl2 tdi
