It's the 3rd day of summer weather we've had all summer and you lot going on like its the summer of 77. LOL

Flip freeze some bottles of water and hang them in front of fan.

Thank yourselves lucky you ain't working nights and sleeping in the day when it's this hot. I managed to get 3 hours today and woke up soaking.

Don't drink for a couple of hours before bed and try to have a pee just before you go to bed ,if you still have problems I would get your prostrate checked atb
