Started Working On The Stock

Recommended Posts

Well after f**king up my new r10se stock with tescos walnut oil, I confided in Mac to help me out, what a gent he is. Made a start on it today, it's been bathed, cleaned and dried just gotta wait till tomorrow now to go and buy some wire wool and tung oil as I've been minding my 10 week old all day today. Mac has asked me for some before and after pics so thought I'd share them with everyone

It's was a lovely stock when I first bought it si I just wish I'd left the bloody thing alone to start with lol

the stock will darken down again when you put the oil on

the grain has pop,d out now so when you apply the oil the grain will stand out even more than it did when new
