The two I was thinking of are http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/topic/9243-squirrel-trap/ and this one, but unfortunately most of it seems to be missing http://www.thehuntinglife.com/forums/topic/10886-see-saw-trap/ you might also find this helpful https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-6geHi4m97o cheers John Quote Link to post
Squirrel_Basher 17,100
Make sure you make it big enough for mink mate .Used to make a few as a lad but used them on squirrels that chewed the hell out of them in wood . Quote Link to post
pjmc 90
Thanks lads.but the bottom line is they do work??would bait not be usefull in them too just to intice them into it that bit easier Quote Link to post
Squirrel_Basher 17,100
I may be wrong but they were designed to be used side by side facing opposite ways in say a dry stone wall .No bait needed or you will target the gnawing variety oif vermin .Caught mnany ,many stoats and weasels with the option to release if i caught a polecat which were quite common here 20 Years ago .Very satisfying catching in what you've made too . 2 Quote Link to post
