See Saw Trap??

Well guys just came across the see saw trap and have a few mink around me that need dealing with.what are the like as a trap because I Could knock a few of them together in no time and have them out doing there job.they don't be baited at all do they??

Make sure you make it big enough for mink mate .Used to make a few as a lad but used them on squirrels that chewed the hell out of them in wood .

Thanks lads.but the bottom line is they do work??would bait not be usefull in them too just to intice them into it that bit easier

I may be wrong but they were designed to be used side by side facing opposite ways in say a dry stone wall .No bait needed or you will target the gnawing variety oif vermin .Caught mnany ,many stoats and weasels with the option to release if i caught a polecat which were quite common here 20 Years ago .Very satisfying catching in what you've made too .
