I don't know why I was so surprised to see so many women out - but I was. I loved that even though it was over 100 years ago now, you could still see the same characters you do now - the guy who rides like a sack of cement, the one who rides like he's steering a bus, the pushy ones, the girls chatting together, the proud, the dicky jumpers!! They're all still here! We haven't changed much.... As already said previously, sad to think this was the eve of WWI....they hadn't a clue what was ahead of them...poor buggers. Also, I agreed entirely with the fella who said about the hounds being given no space by their own huntsman. He nigh on trampled them by that wall! Great footage, and the bit with the fox doubling back is gold dust - even today!! 2 Quote Link to post
