But labour has never been able to look after any economy it's ever had its hands on...

...Are you trying to say these problems don't exist and haven't become exponentially worse under the Tories? I'd love to see your data showing that.

When you have debt with interest it's very hard to claw it back under control. Only the most delusional person can claim the tories made it worse. They should have slashed the budget really hard instead of carrying on with Brown's policy. Labour have always spent more than they made, there's plenty of 'data' to show that over the decades.

I really can't be arsed arguing over discredited austerity economics with someone who is ideologically opposed to all public spending, obviously you're never going to agree with anything that doesn't back up your political stance.

But if you think the only way to "balance the books" is to see child poverty increasing, wages stagnating, folk in work relying on foodbanks, people dying of malnutrition and starvation, homelessness skyrocketing etc etc then is it really worth it? The idea that the only way to reduce national debt is to cut government spending, which actually shrinks the economy, instead of taking advantage of low interest rates to borrow and invest growing the economy and increasing revenue to pay off debt and reduce reliance on borrowing is ridiculous, just because that's what you'd like to see from an ideological perspective doesn't mean it's the only possible path and it's showing a stunning case of ideological blindness to act like it is.

And I can't be 'arsed' with people who think our children and grandchildren should pay for stupid runaway spending on wages, pensions and benefits. If you run your household the way you want your country run you will be bankrupt within 2 years...your are the blindfolded one.

Live within your means...

OK....why is immigration good for the UK.....From where I'm sitting the only people who welcome it with open arms are either ethnics that hate the British way of life....OR owners of big business that

No party that supports mass unchecked, uncontrolled immigration can claim to be the party of the working man, regardless of all their claims. The people most affected negatively and the biggest lose

Imagine that turn out!!.......   "Oh Jezza oppress me you whitey pig"   "Oh Di, my trident is armed and it's about to go off like Joseph Staling in a room full of political prisoners"   "Jezza,

Oh and almost all EU countries went full Keynesean and who is the one country doing better...it's the UK.

P.p.s Child poverty in the UK is a massive joke. Work in countries where I have and you will see true poverty...I find it disgusting anyone would claim we have serious poverty in the UK.

I see old traitor Corbyn's been caught with his pants down.

Sitting on the floor of a supposedly 'ram-packed train' for a publicity shoot, unfortunately for him Virgin trains have released CCTV footage lol!

So much for a man of integrity.

I thought BGD might have commented last night, he probably didnt read the posts..

I didn't actually, if you want a response from me best to quote me so I get an email letting me know there's something to respond to

Honestly since I joined Corbyn's official campaign team I've not felt like spending my free time on here doing the same thing I've been doing all day  but just for you I'll post the rebuttal of Virgin's smear (wonder why Branson a personal friend of Blair and someone who stands to lose a lot from nationalisation would try to smear Corbyn...)
