BGD 6,436
After the NEC won it's appeal yesterday against the High Court's ruling that the 130,000 new members should be allowed to vote (http://labourlist.org/2016/08/labour-wins-appeal-against-high-court-voting-judgement/) and the Judge ruled that the 5 claimants would have to pay the NEC's legal fees a crowdfunding campaign was set up and within hours £,000 in small donations had been raised https://www.crowdjustice.co.uk/case/labour-party-membership/ The fundraising capacity of Corbyn's supporters really is seriously impressive. tatsblisters 9,507
Rotherham must be a real $hithole! Those links tatsblisters has put up about the gang rapes and election fraud really make my blood boil! What is labour's stance on these things bgd? Its a proper shithole mate and I feel ashamed to say I live their and the fault imho comes from years of labour rule giving those voted in carte-blance to do what ever they want especialy their multicultural diversity stance giving those from the mirpuri kashmire community who are steeped in corruption the power they wanted to further their corrupt activitys why Rotherham is a lost cause imo is because people of my town still are stupid enough to carry on voteing labour. Those links tatsblisters has put up about the gang rapes and election fraud really make my blood boil! What is labour's stance on these things bgd?Well obviously their stance is very much opposed to gang rapes and electoral fraud Sure tatsblisters will fill you in on some of the shameful actions by the local council around the sex abuse scandal, he knows more about it than me. It ended up with 4 councillors being kicked out of the party and 2 ex-members (ex-PCC and ex-councillor) being told they wouldn't be allowed to rejoin with the NEC taking over the selection process for candidates in that area, just to give you an idea of the national party's response to how the local party reacted to the scandal. The police and the council seriously let down a lot of young girls over many years 6 people sacked, wow that is a tough stance lol I would hope they get a WHOLE lot tougher than that... Thanks for the reply. They sacked those in their party that were involved in the scandal and put in measures to help prevent similar happening again, what else can a political party do? Any further action would be for the police surely. Some of those labour councillors who were suspended and knew what was going on have been voted back on the council that's how fekin dumb some people of Rotherham are. BGD 6,436
Honestly one party being so strong in an area that they face no real opposition no matter what they do is never healthy no matter which party it is. That situation breeds the sort of corruption we've seen in places like Rotherham.

I find it refreshing compared to trying to twist everything to put islam in a shining light that should not bear any responsibility for the COUNTLESS crimes committed by muslims. Fair play bgd.

It is pal, they've been the only ones offering any kind of alternative to the Westminster elite that have been f***ing you over for decades now. Honestly what New Labour did to areas like yours forcing a procession of Oxbridge educated middle class MPs onto Northern working class communities that they couldn't be more disconnected from was fecking shameful and it will take years to for Labour to earn back their trust and rightly so, they need to prove they deserve your votes again. DIDO.1 22,637
Labour shadow defra minister has announced they will bring in a complete ban on snares. Many labour MPs are aligning with LACS and rspb in their attack on grouse shooting. Can't believe anyone who is into fieldsports would even consider voting labour. Like a turkey voting for Bernard Matthews
BGD 6,436
Fact is there's no party that represents working class hunters. You can either vote Labour and get f****d over on hunting but looked after economically or vote Tory/UKIP and get f****d over economically and looked after when it comes to hunting (maybe, if the polls say it won't lose them too many votes) You want to talk about turkeys voting for Bernard Matthews I'd say that fits working class folk in low wage jobs that rely on public services, social housing, the NHS and investment in the communities voting for parties that are ideologically opposed to all those things. http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/homelessness-soars-40-under-tories-6506576 http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-32406120 http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/number-brits-dying-malnutrition-hunger-8611991 http://www.ibtimes.co.uk/uk-housing-private-rents-soaring-by-more-14-times-rate-inflation-1564158 https://www.theguardian.com/society/2016/jun/28/number-uk-children-living-inpoverty-jumps-200000 https://www.theguardian.com/money/2016/jul/27/uk-joins-greece-at-bottom-of-wage-growth-league-tuc-oecd I'd say for folk that are facing these problems every day, the direct results of Tory economic policy, hunting is the last thing on their minds when going to cast their vote.
