bird 9,926 Posted July 10, 2016 Report Share Posted July 10, 2016 well as my wife fat, and we eat the same food 24/7, i dont put weight on , i am just under 6ft 13 st , stay this weight year in year out . where she dont . itsto do with you metertablusum , the way you burn off food. she worked for 30 years in her job, never had any time off etc, paired her tax/ n.h.s , she 60 this year and i know that her health will suffer before she hits 70 , but i think after 30 years paying up front , she should be entitled to any health care she needs latter on in life deff . 10 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Thing is Ray, you're a very active 6 foot bloke. She's a relatively inactive short(er?) woman. She probably only needs 1500 calories whereas you could probably eat 3000 and not gain any weight. If she's eating the same as you the weight will keep going on and cause problems. As for the original topic it doesn't make a dot of difference to me. Leave folk to it. It's easy to gain and easy to lose if you put your mind to it. I've been 19 stone fat, 14 stone ripped and everything in between. Currently a happy 15 stone, not mega lean but got top abs visible. Or is that just around my way?atb dc Its a form of neglect mate, if I was feeding my kids drugs or anything else that was bad for em I'd be done, but no we can let em eat maccyds or fooking cakes by the shovel load, and that's sad, watching them at sports days or things or even when it's summer and they all swimming in river and things it proper saddens me, i wanna just go kick there ole man right in balls Quote Link to post Share on other sites
