slipper 116
I'm not sure and I don't know how to find out But it's a cz 527 with 18 inch barrel Quote Link to post
SportingShooter 0
I believe it'll be a 1 in 9 twist. Probably a little fast to properly stabilise a 35gr but if you have the opportunity to try some, not too much lost Quote Link to post
charlie caller 3,654
Its a .224 bullet yes of course it will shoot it, however far more suited to a hornet, it will probably shoot like a pile of crap, but hey nothing ventured an all that. Quote Link to post
Underdog 2,337
Powder wise am thinking h322 or rl7. Twist will be big question! Quote Link to post
charlie caller 3,654
H335 was my suggestion, Quote Link to post
SportingShooter 0
A couple of the Vihtavouri powders would bit the bill too. Quote Link to post
Tremo 138
H335, H4895, Benchmark ... to name but a few. Quote Link to post
Deker 3,478
It does make me laugh when someone asks a question on this site. Q: Anyone got a good recipe for 35gr in a 223? A: You don't want a 223, you want a 22-250/338 lap mag/blunderbuss.. He's got a 223 and he wants to use 35gr ammo in it. Unfortunately I can't help as the lightest I've used is 40, but I'm watching this with interest! Quote Link to post
