delswal 3,819
Brook showed heart, but then again who wouldn't for that sort of money? End result was to be expected by moving up two weight divisions. Brook had won 36 - 36 moves up two divisions and into a stoppage before 5 rds, says it all about boxing at your OWN weight, hope he makes a speedy recovery and gets back to his own division and start over were he left off, well done Ingle for stopping it and not letting it go
ryaldinhio 4,635
disagree with a few on here AND Carl Froch AND that triple G fella. All saying Kell isnt a middle weight and get back down. Who has given GGG a fight like that? No one Did GGG knock him out? No Did GGG have him beat? No An injury stoped this fight and I applaud ingle for throwing the towel when he did.

Brook was going to get knocked out sooner rather than later, he was finished when Ingle threw in the towel. A great and gallant performance from Brook indeed but GGG systematically broke him down.....
arcticgun 4,548
That injury worse than being knocked out but not as bad as injury and knocked out GGG didn't defend as well as he usually does said after fight he couldn't feel the punches kell dished out, not kels weight room said and was bang on money Am taking nothing away from brook at all good attempt for sure, corner seen him right stopped him getting badly badly hurt, took a lot of punches in end with no reply, so yea great call by corner Truth is he not in right weight division and even if he was he was heavily out classed Think Eubank senior done Jr a massive favour dodging this one BJS n JR do well too avoid GGG he far too good for not em on heir very best day and him on his worst Like too see GGG vs Canelo Canelo vs smith next week can see that being one sided affair too
ryaldinhio 4,635
Im not questioning the win guys. Im just saying that I think everyone has been a bit harsh straight away saying he isnt a middle weight. I think he could take on anyone else at that weight just not GGG, but no one has managed to take him on yet. As Arctic says above BJS and CE-JR would have no chance against GGG and IMO Brook gave better than them two would. His eye was bust early in the second so I dont think he systematically broke him down, he caught him with a match winning shot. Not contesting that.
TAXI DRIVER 549
Good fight and the correct decision to throw in the towel.
DogFox123 1,379
I'm having suspicions with this injury, he says he's having an operation next week. I've had a broken eye socket before and the doctors couldn't do anything about it because I didn't get it checked out till around 2 week after....

Westyorkshire_lad 402
Think the wrong word is being used a lot of lads saying kell brook got injured or else he would of carried on and maybe won , correction he got hurt simple as that no clash of heads he didn't trip or fall he got hit with a punch what did his eye and ggg would of seriously hurt him if it went on few more rounds good decision by his corner but you can't take the fight away from triple ggg he took some power shots from kell and still kept coming forward and I think deep down inside kell was great full it got stoped the way it did .
