Cheers lads,but mr meek isn't a vet,he can just diagnose a problem ( I'll be seeing him anyway) just wondered if there was a running dog vet in my area apart from the one I using at the moment (Andre pretorius) very good vet but just need a second opinion.

It's a terrible shame about Richard Torr I used him a few times. He was very good and reasonably priced. Really seemed to know his stuff where runners were concerned.

 

I've used Robert Meek and he is also very good but as said above he's not a vet so can only diagnose and not treat.

100 mile trip from the Midlands but Paul Evans from Royton Oldham as good as you get for running/working dogs vet.

I have used Andre for a good few years and reckon you will be hard pushed to find a better dog vet in the midlands

I'd 100% recommend this fella, told me things that make perfect sense and assured me that the problem iseasily managed and even gave me some embrocation that will help. He knows his stuff!!!
